I’m so happy to report that after three interviews and a week of agonizing waiting/wondering, I have a new job!!!  The best part about this is that they’re willing to work with me in terms of a start date, so I’ll be getting paid for two full-time jobs in the month of July (my current job responsibilities end at the end of this month, but my pay contract continues through mid-August).

This means incredible news for my June goal of transitioning smoothly between industries and even BETTER news for my mission to eradicate my student loan debt.

Here’s what I’m planning to do with my extra $$ in July:

• $1,500 into savings
• $1,560 to Grad School Federal Loan #3
• $1,750 to Grad School Perkins Loan

 

Doing this puts me ahead of schedule with my payoff challenge and provides me piece of mind that two loans will be completely paid off by August!!
