Weekly Miscellaneous:
I’ve been fighting a nasty cold all week, so it was another low-key one overall. Aside from downing Sudafed and being sent home from work early nearly every day, the highlight of the week was finally getting my car fixed after the wild tire blow-out on Thursday night. Fingers are crossed that I don’t have anymore freak accidents/repairs–especially after reviewing last week’s miscellaneous post when I was excited that all my car needed was “new wiper blades and a tail light”–ha! How things changed less than a week later…
The weekend was much more productive with my company’s holiday party on Friday and a Christmas-themed day yesterday (finally got some of my shopping done, the BF and I picked up/decorated our first tree together, then we hosted some friends for apps & wine last night). Hopefully the cold is officially kicked and I can focus on getting all those last-minute things checked off my list!
Meal Plan:
- Sunday: Italian Night Part Deux (pasta & sauces we bought while in Italy a few weeks ago..Yum!)
- Monday: Dinner out
- Tuesday: Dinner out (going to see a show called the Buttcracker…eek!)
- Wednesday: Veggie stir-fry
- Thursday:
- Friday: Dinner out
- Saturday: Christmas parties

It's amazing how quickly cars can fall apart all at once. My car also just had a tail light replaced, so I am waiting for the next time to jump out at me.
