After a nice weekend away in the mountains (more snowboarding, wahoo!), it’s nice to have a relaxing night tonight…or at least that was the intention….
Weekly Miscellaneous:
Last week, I mentioned how I bought a new laptop. For the past week, I’ve enjoyed it immensely; appreciating the speed and ease with which I could my work. That was until last night when Windows decided to go haywire on me. Fast-forward to this morning and the damn thing wouldn’t even turn on (you might have seen some of the pics I tweeted of the horrible screens of death I posted on earlier today).
One hour back at the store I’d purchased everything at last weekend and two hours of system updates and reinstalling all the software later and I think I’m back in business. This is the fourth computer I’ve had in about 3 months. It’s a good thing I’m not in any of line of work that involves hardware/software support–I’m starting to think I’m cursed when it comes to computers! 
Meal Plan:
Sunday: Homemade Pizza (herb/garlic crust, turkey meatballs, ricotta, broccoli and baby bellas)
Monday: Vegetable Kebabs
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice (putting my wok to good use..haha)
Wednesday: Apps for Dinner: Mushroom Turnovers, Terrine, Crackers, Assorted Cheese
Thursday: BBQ Chicken Breast Tenders, Salad, Brussels Sprouts
Friday: Dinner out
Saturday: Dinner out

I'm jealous of your new laptop. We are seriously considering getting a second one. There are two of us and sometimes it would be helpful for us to be able to work at the same time!

I bought a macbook air last year, and so far it's still heaven!!!
I got it replaced! Thankfully I was still within the 15-day store return policy window….I would have lost my mind had it been day 16
That is a lot of computers to go through! Time to switch to tablets.

I can't believe you've had so many problems with your computers in such a short time! I am ticked off right now because my Mac Air is having a problem. NOT happy! Oh well. Where did you go boarding? I went this weekend as well. The snow was great!
Haha…it's kind of insane but at least so far, so good with the new one (granted, it's been a whopping 3 days…ha!).

I was up in VT–the snow was great this weekend but the storm reduced visibility to a dangerous level. We bailed on Sunday but at least got a pretty good day in on Saturday. Hope you had a good weekend as well
