If you own a property but are going off on your travels, you’ll still need to deal with paying bills for your home while you’re away. Similarly, if you buy a property abroad, you’ll have plenty of associated administration and bills to pay in another country, and usually, in another currency.
In order to keep your life as easy and simple as possible, it’s a great idea to find an online currency broker where you can handle different currency transactions whenever you need to. A HiFX international payment is really easy to arrange once you have an account set up, and that only takes minutes to do.
What is HiFX?
HiFX is an online currency broker which handles transactions of amounts between £50 and £300,000 for its customers, so no matter what amount of currency you wish to trade, these boundaries should be sufficient for most daily currency requirements. And if you ever need to move a larger amount on the same day, you could always telephone the HiFX team to organize that.
The Benefits of HiFX
HiFX offers its customers great exchange rates as its overheads are low, due to the fact that this is an online business, with no store premises to staff and maintain. But the best thing about HiFX is that you are in your control of when you move money across borders, meaning that you can wait for the exchange rate to move in your favor before moving large amounts of money.
You can also keep track of all previous transactions and set up regular payments using a HiFX account, which is handy if you have bills to pay but also receive money from abroad. On the account pages you’ll be able to store recipient bank details so that you don’t have to input the same details more than once.
With an online currency broker, organizing money transfers couldn’t be simpler. It costs nothing to set up an account, so it’s a good idea to do so before you need to move any money. Then you’ll be ready to buy or sell currency whenever you need to at the click of a mouse.
My Thoughts
As you all know, I recently sold my condo, but a service like this would have been great for managing my bills while I’m on my trip around the world (if I didn’t use any other type of online bill paying services). I’ve been handling multiple currencies while I travel along, so I definitely have a keen awareness for the importance of finding great exchange rates and streamlining the banking process. I’d of course check out all the fees and read the fine print, but I’d definitely look into something like this in the future if needed.
