I hope you’re all out enjoying a cold pint with the company of family/friends because that’s where I’ll be! I woke up yesterday morning to a huge surprise: All of my siblings came to Boston to visit! For my family, that’s incredibly special because it’s very rare for all of us to be in the same region at the same time, let alone the same place together (I have a brother who’s in the military).

It’s turned into an early birthday celebration for me as well, so the blogging will be back to its regularly scheduled programming on Monday. Stay tuned for a full re-cap of happened with my home appraisal and let’s just say it was indeed the good news I was hoping for….
