January Re-cap

Holy guacamole, I’m a bad blogger lately–plus, I never posted my January monthly goals! Fortunately, these were part of the plan all along but my 2012 annual goals took a front seat in my blogging efforts. The biggest takeaway of this month, regardless of not posting goals is that I met them all–and….I have finally broken the $100K mark for my net worth!!!!!!


Financial Goals:

  1. $500 extra to mortgage  CHECK 
  2. $800 into retirement accounts  CHECK–plus sent an extra $200 to max out my 2011 Roth
  3. $500 into savings  CHECK!
  4. $100 extra to student loans CHECK!
  5. Limit variable spending to $500  CHECK!

Household Goals:

  1. Complete the Disney World Goofy Challenge   CHECK!
  2. Complete my dining room furniture makeover   CHECK!

Personal Goals:

  1. Figure out my business name/niche CHECK!
